Three regional Illinois dairy summits sponsored by the Illinois Milk Producers' Association and the University of Illinois Extension are scheduled at Freeport (Jan 30), Bloomington (Jan 31), and Centralia (Feb 1), Illinois. This year's theme is "Strategies With Unfavorable Milk Prices," and program topics include feeding economically, strategies to improve corn silage quality, current research in the dairy industry, and controlling milk value. There will be no pre-registration this year. Summit fees will be $15.00 per person, and will be collected at the door.
