Dr. Cardoso will be participating in the I Simpósio Nacional da Vaca Leiteira (First National Symposium on Dairy Cattle) in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. On Thursday, November 6th, he will teach a mini-course on nutrition for dairy cows, which will include a theoretical component as well as practical instruction in the use of Spartan diet formulation software. Then on Friday, he will give a presentation on pre- and post-partum nutritional management.
